Our Rich Heritage
We have been at Dalduff Farm for over 50 years, first as farmers, then as butchers and food producers, and more recently as wedding and event hosts. We still work in much the same way as we did at the start. Today we source our ingredients from a small yet reliable network of local suppliers and farmers. Our book of much-loved recipes is still used for all our pies, meals and sausages. And our dedicated, long standing team of staff are at the heart of everything we do.
What we do
It’s a simple formula. We take the best ingredients we can find, and using recipes and techniques acquired over the last 50 years, produce outstanding pies, ready meals and meat products for you to buy online or from one of our trusted retail partners.
Everything we make is tried and tested, and not only do we aim to offer the freshest, tastiest, and most consistent, products on the market right now, but we also continue to give you that personal service that has been at the centre of our business since the beginning. Orders can be delivered free to your door, or you can collect if that works better.
In addition to our main menu, we will be introducing new and seasonal specials.
We are embracing new technology not only to sell our products but to inform you of how we do it, when we are doing it and what we think you will want to put onto the dinner table tonight.
Online shopping and social media will hopefully bring you an enhanced experience when it comes to sourcing your food, but should you wish to speak to someone in person then we are always available for a proper chat.

How we have changed
The world is always changing, and we have to adapt. So as tastes evolve, we like to put a modern twist on old classics. The kitchen under chef Steve’s direction is always trying out fresh ideas because we like to give you the option of trying something new. The butchery, headed up by Hamish, also likes to experiment, so there’s always something different to try.
