How do I cancel an order?

If you call the farm shop on 01655 740271 24 hours prior to delivery, you will get a full refund.

Where do you source your ingredients?

For over 40 years we have worked with a small, well established network of local suppliers and farmers, most of whom are also family businesses.

How do I send a message with an order?

For any comments or queries about your order, an 'Order special instructions' message box is available in your cart when items are added.

How do I find out if you deliver in my area?

Use our postcode checker on the Shop page to see if we deliver in your area. If so, and you place an order, a member of the team will contact you by phone or email with a delivery day and time.

What if you do not deliver to my post code?

If we don’t currently deliver to your postcode please email us, and we will see if it’s possible. Click and collect is also available.

Can I leave delivery instructions?

Yes. Delivery instructions can be provided when placing your order by using the 'Order special instructions' message box in your cart.

How will I know when my order is getting delivered?

We will email you confirmation of your order with delivery details.

My order has not arrived, what should I do?

Call the farm shop on 01655 740271 or email us and we will look into this for you.

What if I am not happy with the quality of my products?

We are confident that the quality of our produce is second to none. However, if you are unhappy with anything, please get in touch by email, and we will review your feedback. If we agree, we will offer a full refund.

Is there a minimum order?

Yes, there is a £50 minimum order for delivery. However, there is no minimum order for collection from Dalduff Farm.

Can I return goods?

Sorry, no. Once the order has been delivered and accepted, the goods are your property. Call or email us if you have any queries.

Where will my order be delivered if I'm out?

You can give us details in the 'Order special instructions' message box in your cart of a place where we can leave the order should you be out. E.g. garden shed, neighbour.
